HOW TO ENJOY?

  • Scoop between a quarter and the full contents of the pouch into the cotton sachet provided - depending on how strong you wish the infusion to be.
  • Place the sachet into a small pot of hot water that has been brought to a gentle boil.
  • Let the tea rest for 5 minutes.
  • While the botanicals infuse, prepare your space. Light. Silence. Intention.
  • Carefully pour the hot infusion into your bathwater. Important: Keep the sachet in the tub during your Ritual - but handle with care. It holds hot liquid and should only be squeezed gently, if at all.
  • Temper the water until it welcomes you.
  • Scan the code provided in the box to begin your Ritual with sound of your choice (immersive organic soundscapes or guided meditations).
  • Step in. Soak for 20–60 minutes. Breathe like the body remembers.
  • Rinse gently with clean water when your time is done.
  • Cleanse the tub, so only silence remains.
  • Return to the Ritual weekly - once or twice, as the body calls.
