Return and Refund Policy
(Extract of GTC sections 10-12)
1. Taking delivery, checking the Product
The customer shall check the product delivered without delay, and no later than within 36 hours as regards its quantity and packaging.
If the product is damaged, incomplete or not consistent with the order, the Vendor must be notified immediately.
After that deadline, the Company is unable to receive complaints about such defects.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Customers classified as consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal without justification for a period of 14 (fourteen) days from delivery.
The intention to withdraw may be indicated in writing using hete contact information above, or by completing and submitting the Declaration of Withdrawal form that is appended to the GTC.
Withdrawal can be deemed to have been exercised within the deadline if the declaration is sent by the customer within 14 days.
3. Returns
In case of withdrawal, the customer shall return the product at their own cost within 14 days, by mail or by parcel service, to the above address.
The return shall be deemed to have taken place within the deadline if the parcel is sent before the 14th day.
Please return the product in the original or equivalent packaging if possible, in an undamaged condition.
We are not able to take delivery of parcels sent with payment on delivery or outstanding postal charges.
4. Refunds
The Company shall refund the full amount paid by the customer, including the delivery cost, within 14 days.
The refund shall be provided using the payment method used by the customer, unless the customer agrees to the use of a different method.
If the customer specifically selected a delivery method more expensive than the customary cheapest option, the resulting extra cost shall not be refunded.
The Company may claim reimbursement of any depreciation of value resulting from improper use.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Due to reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the case of some products whose packaging was opened by the customer after delivery.
The bathing products sold by Botanic Bathhouse fall in that category, so we are unable to accept returns of products whose packaging has been opened.
6. Warranty
If the product is defective (due to a quality or manufacturing defect, for instance), the customer can exercise the warranty rights stipulated in the Civil Code:
– in the first instance, request a replacement,
– if that is not possible, request a price reduction or withdrawal.
When a warranty claim is submitted, the Company takes action within 15 days.

The Company reviews complaints received within 30 days and replies.
If the customer is not satisfied, they can approach a conciliation body (Budapest Conciliation Board – https://bekeltet.bkik.hu).
