HOW TO ENJOY?

  • Use between one-quarter and the full contents of the pouch, depending on how strong you would like the infusion to be, and place it into the steeping sachet provided.
  • Bring a small pot of water to a gentle boil, then place the sachet into the hot water.
  • Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
  • While the botanicals steep, prepare your bath and take a moment to slow down.
  • Carefully pour the infusion into the bathwater and place the sachet in the tub as well. The sachet may still contain very hot liquid, so handle it carefully and squeeze only gently, if at all.
  • Adjust the bathwater to a comfortable temperature.

  • Step into the bath and soak for 20-60 minutes.
  • Rinse the skin gently with clean water afterwards.
  • Rinse the bathtub after use.

    A midwife’s herb. Traditionally used to balance and tone during bleeding; its tannins gently ground and firm the skin.
