- Scoop between a quarter and the full contents of the pouch into the cotton sachet provided - depending on how strong you wish the infusion to be.
- Place the sachet into a small pot of hot water that has been brought to a gentle boil.
- Let the tea rest for 5 minutes.
- While the botanicals infuse, prepare your space. Light. Silence. Intention.
- Carefully pour the hot infusion into your bathwater. Important: Keep the sachet in the tub during your Ritual - but handle with care. It holds hot liquid and should only be squeezed gently, if at all.
- Temper the water until it welcomes you.
- Scan the code provided in the box to begin your Ritual with sound of your choice (immersive organic soundscapes or guided meditations).
- Step in. Soak for 20–60 minutes. Breathe like the body remembers.
- Rinse gently with clean water when your time is done.
- Cleanse the tub, so only silence remains.
- Return to the Ritual weekly - once or twice, as the body calls.
